• All quotations are free of charge.
• On receiving an enquiry we will arrange access to the property with the client. We measure every property individually, so your quotation is based on your property's specific sizes (i.e. floors, windows etc.).
• There is no guess work involved and this means that from the outset the client receives an itemised quotation detailing exact prices.
• If required we can provide an assessment of what items the property will require to ensure it meets the desired letting standard.
• Any item quoted for that the client does not require can simply be crossed of the list.
• There is no service charge, no interior design fee & no delivery charge
